El dominio escazu.co.cr es mantenido desde hace más de dos décadas por dos escazuceños visionarios. Su inicio está ligado a la curiosidad y las inquietudes generadas por rápida propagación del internet a mediados de la década de los 90’s, el desarrollo masivo de diversos contenidos en línea, así como por el crecimiento exponencial de emprendimientos vinculados al internet.

El principal propósito de este dominio, es ofrecer una cuenta de correo electrónico representativa a todos aquellos que tienen un vínculo con Escazú, la ciudad al suroeste del Valle Central de Costa Rica. Existen funciones adicionales que serán agregradas en el futuro. Sugerencias y propuestas de proyectos son bienvenidas.

Das Domain escazu.co.cr wird seit über zwei Jahrzehnte von zwei visionären Escazuceños geführt. Dessen Ursprung ist auf Neugierde und Experimentierfreudigkeit zurückzuführen, die von der rasanten Entwicklung des Internets in den 90er Jahren, der massiven Gestaltung neuer Inhalte im Netz sowie der exponentiale Wachstum von neuen Unternehmen die online agieren.

Der hauptsächliche Zweck dieses Domains ist, eine Email-Adressen an all die anzubieten, die eine Bindung zu Escazú haben, die Stadt im südosten des Valle Central von Costa Rica. Weitere Funktionen sollen künftig folgen. Vorschläge und Anregungen sind willkommen.

The domain escazu.co.cr is mantained since over two decades by two visionary escazuceños. Its origin was fueled by the curiosity and restlessness brought about by the quick spread of the internet in the 90’s, the massive deployment of online content and the exponential growth of online start-ups.

The main purpose of this domain is, to provide email accounts to all those with some sort of attachment to Escazu, the city in the south-west of the Valle Central of Costa Rica. Further developments will follow. Suggestions and proposals are welcome.
